Meiosis Bead Models

The status of chromosomes during the stages of meiosis is critical to our understanding of the process. During lab, you simulated meiosis using popbeads. Remember, the individual beads represent genes (alleles) and the rubber / magnet portions represents the centromere. These images are provided to help prompt your memory as you study.
